Drinkin Winkin เป็นแอปสำหรับหารค่าใช้จ่ายกับเพื่อนตามรายการ นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลใด ใช้เพื่ออะไร ผู้ใดเข้าถึงได้ และคุณลบข้อมูลได้อย่างไร

เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อให้บริการแอปเท่านั้น ไม่ขายข้อมูล ไม่แสดงโฆษณา และไม่ติดตามคุณข้ามแอปหรือเว็บไซต์อื่น แอปไม่ได้โอนเงินแทนคุณ แต่สร้าง QR พร้อมเพย์ให้คุณชำระผ่านแอปธนาคารของคุณเอง

ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บเมื่อคุณเข้าสู่ระบบ

• ชื่อเล่น ตอนสมัครจะใช้ชื่อในบัญชี Apple หรือ Google เป็นค่าเริ่มต้น เพื่อนและคนในงานเดียวกับคุณเห็นชื่อนี้
• อีเมล ที่ได้จาก Apple หรือ Google ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบอย่างเดียว ไม่มีใครในแอปเห็น (ถ้าเลือกซ่อนอีเมลกับ Apple เราจะได้แค่อีเมลตัวกลางของ Apple)
• เบอร์พร้อมเพย์ ถ้าคุณพิมพ์เบอร์มือถือไว้เป็นช่องทางรับเงิน
• QR รับเงิน ข้อความที่อยู่ในรูป QR จากแอปธนาคารที่คุณอัปโหลด (เบอร์มือถือพร้อมเพย์ เลข e-Wallet เลขบัตรประชาชน หรือรหัสร้านค้า) หรือ QR ที่แอปสร้างจากเบอร์ที่คุณพิมพ์ คนในงานเดียวกับคุณเห็น เพื่อใช้ทำ QR โอนเงินให้คุณ
• บิลและยอดเงิน งาน บิล ชื่อร้าน รายการ ราคา ใครติ๊กอะไร ใครจ่ายเท่าไหร่ ยอดค้าง และการโอน (ที่กดว่าโอนแล้ว และที่คนรับกดยืนยัน) คนในงานนั้นเห็นทั้งหมดนี้

• จำนวนครั้งที่ให้ AI อ่านใบเสร็จ ในแต่ละวัน และค่าใช้จ่ายในการอ่าน ใช้คุมโควตาวันละ 10 ใบ ใบที่เพื่อนให้ AI อ่านผ่านลิงก์งานของคุณนับแยกอีกวันละ 10 ใบ

เราไม่เก็บตำแหน่ง ไม่อ่านรายชื่อติดต่อในโทรศัพท์ และไม่เปิดดูอัลบั้มรูป (แอปเห็นแค่รูปที่คุณเลือก และบันทึกลงอัลบั้มได้แค่การ์ด QR) ในแอปไม่มีเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์หรือโฆษณาของบริษัทอื่น สิ่งที่แก้ไว้แต่ยังไม่ซิงก์ จะอยู่ในเครื่องคุณจนกว่าจะซิงก์

บริการที่ได้ข้อมูลไปด้วย

• Supabase ฐานข้อมูล ระบบล็อกอิน และที่เก็บรูปของเรา ข้อมูลข้างบนทั้งหมดเก็บอยู่ที่นี่ เซิร์ฟเวอร์อาจอยู่นอกประเทศไทย
• AI อ่านใบเสร็จและสลิป ตอนคุณกดให้ AI อ่านใบเสร็จ หรือกดว่าโอนแล้วพร้อมสลิป แอปจะส่งรูปไปให้โมเดล AI ของ DeepSeek (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. บริษัทในจีน) อ่านรายการ หรือยอดที่โอนกับเลขอ้างอิงของสลิป (กันสลิปใบเดียวใช้ซ้ำ) DeepSeek ประมวลผลและเก็บข้อมูลที่ประเทศจีน และตามนโยบายของ DeepSeek อาจเก็บรูปไว้และเอาไปเทรน AI ได้ เราไม่เก็บรูปใบเสร็จที่ส่งไปอ่าน ส่วนสลิปเราเก็บไว้ให้คนในงานเห็น แอปบอกเรื่องนี้ทุกครั้งก่อนส่ง
• แจ้งเตือน ส่งผ่านบริการแจ้งเตือนของ Apple ในข้อความมีชื่องาน ชื่อเล่นเพื่อน และยอดเงิน
• Apple และ Google ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ ถ้าคุณลบบัญชีที่เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Apple เราจะแจ้ง Apple ให้เลิกเชื่อมแอปนี้กับ Apple ID ของคุณ
• อีเมลรายงาน ทุกเรื่องที่มีการรายงาน เราบันทึกลงฐานข้อมูลและส่งเป็นอีเมลถึงทีมงานผ่านบริการส่งอีเมล ในอีเมลมีรหัสบัญชีของคนรายงาน คนหรืองานที่ถูกรายงาน (รหัสและชื่อ) และข้อความที่เขียนมา คนที่ถูกรายงานจะไม่รู้ว่าใครรายงาน
• Cloudflare ให้บริการหน้าเว็บสำหรับแขกและหน้านี้ ทั้ง Supabase และ Cloudflare เก็บบันทึกการเข้าใช้ทั่วไป (เช่น IP และเวลา) ไว้ช่วงสั้น ๆ เพื่อความปลอดภัยและแก้ปัญหา

ลิงก์แขก

• เพื่อนที่ไม่มีแอปเป็น "แขก" ได้ โดยมีแค่ชื่อเล่นที่คนสร้างงานพิมพ์ให้
• ใครถือลิงก์แขกของงานไหน ก็เปิดดูงานนั้นได้โดยไม่ต้องลงแอป จะเห็นชื่อเล่น รายการ ยอดเงิน ใครติ๊กอะไร ใครจ่ายเท่าไหร่ การโอน และ QR รับเงินของคนที่ต้องได้เงิน (ใช้ทำการ์ด QR) แต่จะไม่เห็นรูปโปรไฟล์ รูปใบเสร็จ และสลิป
• แขกตั้ง QR รับเงินของตัวเองสำหรับงานนั้นผ่านลิงก์ได้ เบราว์เซอร์ของแขกอ่านรูป QR เอง และส่งขึ้นมาแค่ข้อความใน QR ส่วนชื่อที่คุณเลือก เบราว์เซอร์จะจำไว้ในเครื่องนั้น
• แขกกดว่าโอนแล้วผ่านลิงก์ได้เมื่อแนบสลิป สลิปนั้นส่งให้ AI อ่านยอดและเลขอ้างอิงเหมือนสลิปในแอป (DeepSeek ข้างบน) และเก็บไว้กับงาน ก่อนอ่านเสร็จมีแค่คนรับที่เห็นในแอป อ่านแล้วคนในงานที่ใช้แอปเห็น หน้าลิงก์ไม่โชว์สลิปของใคร แขกเห็นแค่สลิปที่ตัวเองเพิ่งแนบบนเครื่องตัวเอง
• ลิงก์จะใช้ไม่ได้เมื่อครบ 30 วันหลังงานจบ หรือทันทีที่คนสร้างงานเปลี่ยนเป็นลิงก์ใหม่

QR ที่ผูกเลขบัตรประชาชน

ถ้า QR รับเงินของคุณผูกกับเลขบัตรประชาชน หน้าจอของเราไม่โชว์เลขนี้เลย แต่ตัว QR และการ์ด QR ทุกใบที่ทำจาก QR นั้นมีเลขเต็ม 13 หลักอยู่ข้างใน เหมือน QR พร้อมเพย์ทุกอัน เลขจะถูกปิดเฉพาะบนหน้าจอแอปธนาคาร ใครเอาแอปอ่าน QR ทั่วไปมาสแกนก็เห็นเลขเต็ม ทั้งคนในงาน คนที่ถือลิงก์แขก และใครก็ตามที่เห็นการ์ดในแชท LINE ถ้าไม่อยากให้ใครเห็นเลขนี้ ให้ใช้เบอร์มือถือหรือ e-Wallet แทน

เก็บนานแค่ไหน

• ข้อมูลบัญชี เก็บจนกว่าคุณจะลบบัญชี
• งานและบิล อยู่จนกว่าคนสร้างงานจะลบงาน ถ้าคุณออกจากงาน สิ่งที่คุณติ๊กและจ่ายไว้ยังอยู่ในงาน เพื่อให้ยอดของเพื่อนยังลงตัว
• รูปใบเสร็จ ลบอัตโนมัติเมื่อครบ 30 วันหลังงานจบ (คือทุกการโอนยืนยันครบแล้ว) เหลือแต่รายการในบิล ถ้าเปิดงานอีกครั้ง รูปจะรอจนกว่างานจะจบรอบใหม่
• สลิป อยู่กับงาน และหายไปพร้อมบัญชีของคนโอน สลิปที่แขกส่งผ่านลิงก์ไม่มีบัญชีให้ลบ จึงอยู่กับงาน
• จำนวนครั้งที่ AI อ่านใบเสร็จ เก็บเป็นรายวัน ถ้าคุณลบบัญชี ตัวเลขยังอยู่เพื่อคุมค่าอ่านรวมของวันนั้น แต่จะไม่ผูกกับบัญชีไหนอีก
• เรื่องที่รายงาน เก็บไว้ให้ทีมงานติดตามเรื่อง ถ้าคนที่รายงานลบบัญชี รายงานนั้นยังอยู่ แต่จะไม่ผูกกับบัญชีนั้นอีก

ลบบัญชี

ลบได้เองในแอปที่ ตั้งค่า > ลบบัญชี ก่อนลบ แอปจะโชว์ยอดที่ยังค้างอยู่ให้ดู

• ลบถาวร: ชื่อเล่นในโปรไฟล์, รูปโปรไฟล์, QR รับเงิน (รวมอันที่ตั้งไว้เฉพาะงาน), อีเมลและการเข้าสู่ระบบ, เพื่อน, คำขอ, คนที่บล็อก, รหัสส่งแจ้งเตือน, สลิปที่คุณส่ง และทุกงานในเครื่องนี้
• สิ่งที่ยังอยู่: ในงานเก่า ชื่อเล่นของคุณจะกลายเป็นแขก พร้อมยอดเดิมครบทุกบาท เพื่อให้ยอดของเพื่อนยังลงตัว งานที่คุณสร้างไว้ยังอยู่ให้เพื่อนใช้ต่อ ส่วนรูปใบเสร็จเป็นของบิล และจะลบตามกฎ 30 วันข้างบน

สิทธิ์ของคุณ

คุณขอดู ขอแก้ ขอลบ หรือคัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูลของคุณได้ โดยเขียนมาที่อีเมลด้านล่าง แอปนี้ไม่ได้ทำมาสำหรับเด็ก

Privacy policy

Drinkin Winkin is an app for splitting expenses with friends, item by item. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who can access it, and how you can delete it.

We use data only to provide the app. We do not sell it, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites. The app does not transfer money on your behalf; it creates PromptPay QR codes that you pay from your own banking app.

What we keep once you sign in

• Nickname, which starts as the name on your Apple or Google account. Friends and people in your Events see it.
• Email address from Apple or Google, used only to sign you in. Nobody in the app sees it (if you hide your email with Apple, we only get Apple's relay address).
• PromptPay phone number, if you type your mobile number as the way to get paid.
• Receiving QR: the text inside the bank-app QR you upload (a PromptPay phone, e-Wallet or national ID number, or a shop's biller ID), or the one the app builds from the number you type. People in your Events see it, to make the QR that pays you.
• Bills and money: Events, Bills, venues, Items, prices, who claimed what, who paid how much, Balances and Transfers (marked paid, confirmed). The people in that Event see them.
• Photos: your profile photo, Receipt photos kept with a Bill, and slips attached when you mark a Transfer paid. Stored privately: your profile photo is seen by friends and people in your Events, a Receipt by the Event's people, every slip by the Event's people.
• What you type and tap: Event names, Guest names, friend requests, "this is me" requests and nudges.
• Your friend list in the app and whom you blocked. We never read the contacts on your phone.
• Reports: who or what you reported, and your note.
• Your account ID and your 8-character friend code.
• Push token of the phone you are signed in on, if you allow notifications.
• How many Receipts the AI read for you each day and what it cost, for the limit of 10 a day. Reads friends make on your Event links are counted the same way, with their own 10 a day.

We do not collect your location, read your phone's contacts or look through your photos (the app sees only the pictures you pick, and can only add QR cards to Photos). There are no outside analytics or ad tools in the app. Changes not yet synced stay on your phone until they sync.

Services that handle data for us

• Supabase: our database, sign-in and photo storage. Everything above is kept there, on servers that may be outside Thailand.
• AI receipt and slip reading: when you ask the AI to read a Receipt, or mark a Transfer paid with its slip, the photo goes to DeepSeek's AI model (Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd., in China), which reads the Items, or the amount transferred and the slip's reference number (so one slip cannot pay twice). DeepSeek processes and stores data in China and, under its privacy policy, may keep the photo and train its AI on it. We keep no copy of a Receipt photo sent to be read; a slip we keep for the Event's people to see. The app says so every time before it sends one.
• Notifications go through Apple's push service and carry the Event's name, a friend's nickname and amounts.
• Apple and Google sign you in. If you delete an account that signs in with Apple, we tell Apple to unlink this app from your Apple ID.
• Report emails: every report is saved in our database and emailed to the team through an email service. The email holds the reporter's account ID, the person or Event reported (ID and name) and the note. The person reported is not told who sent it.
• Cloudflare serves the Guest page and this page. Supabase and Cloudflare keep ordinary access logs (such as IP address and time) for a short while, for security and fixing faults.

The Guest link

• A friend without the app can be a Guest: just a nickname the Organizer types.
• Anyone holding an Event's Guest link can open that Event without the app: nicknames, Items, amounts, who claimed and paid what, Transfers, and the Receiving QR of whoever is owed money (for QR cards). No profile photos, Receipt photos or slips.
• A Guest can set their own Receiving QR for that Event through the link. The QR picture is read in the Guest's browser; only the text inside the QR is sent, and the browser remembers on that device which name you picked.
• A Guest can mark a Transfer paid through the link once a slip is attached. That slip is sent to the AI for its amount and reference, as the app's slips are (DeepSeek, above), and kept with the Event. Before it is read only the receiver sees it in the app; once read, the Event's people using the app do. The link page shows nobody's slips: a Guest sees only the slip they just attached, on their own device.
• The link stops working 30 days after the Event finishes, or as soon as the Organizer replaces it.

QR codes tied to a national ID

If your Receiving QR is tied to your national ID number, our screens never show the number. But the QR itself, and every QR card made from it, carries all 13 digits, as every PromptPay QR does. The number is masked only on bank-app screens: anyone who scans the QR with an ordinary QR reader sees it in full, including people in the Event, anyone holding the Guest link and anyone who sees the card in a LINE chat. If you would rather not share it, use a phone number or e-Wallet ID instead.

How long we keep it

• Account data: until you delete your account.
• Events and Bills: until the Organizer deletes the Event. If you leave an Event, what you claimed and paid stays in it so your friends' sums still add up.
• Receipt photos: deleted automatically 30 days after the Event finishes (every Transfer confirmed); the Items stay. If the Event is reopened, its photos wait for the next finish.
• Slips: kept with the Event, gone with the sender's account. A slip a Guest sent through the link has no account to go with, so it stays with the Event.
• AI read counts: kept per day. If you delete your account they stay, so the day's total reading cost still counts them, but they are no longer tied to any account.
• Reports: kept so the team can follow them up. If the reporter deletes their account, the report stays but is no longer tied to it.

Deleting your account

Delete it yourself in the app: Settings > Delete account. The app shows any money still open first.

• Gone for good: your profile nickname, profile photo, Receiving QR (including ones set for one Event), email and sign-in, friends, requests, blocks, push tokens, the slips you sent, and every Event on that phone.
• What stays: in old Events your nickname becomes a Guest with every baht it had, so your friends' sums still add up. Events you organized stay for the others. Receipt photos belong to their Bill and go by the 30-day rule above.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to the address below. This app is not made for children.
