ลบบัญชี

• เปิดแอปที่ ตั้งค่า > ลบบัญชี แอปจะโชว์ยอดที่ยังค้างให้ดูก่อน แล้วกด ลบบัญชีถาวร
• เข้าแอปไม่ได้ เขียนมาที่อีเมลด้านบนจากอีเมลที่ใช้สมัคร เราจะลบให้
• บิลที่ซื้อและยังไม่ได้ใช้จะหายไปพร้อมบัญชี สิ่งที่ถูกลบและสิ่งที่ยังอยู่ อ่านที่นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

รายงานคนหรือสลิป

• เปิดงาน แล้วแตะปุ่มรายงาน (รูปสามเหลี่ยมเตือน มุมขวาบน) เลือก “รายงาน” ตามด้วยชื่อคนนั้น หรือ “รายงานชื่องานนี้” เขียนว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น แล้วกดส่ง ในหน้าเพื่อน รูดแถวของเพื่อนเพื่อรายงานได้
• เรื่องอยู่ที่สลิป ให้รายงานคนที่แนบสลิป หรือเขียนมาที่อีเมลพร้อมชื่องานกับชื่อคนที่แนบ
• ไม่อยากเจอใคร เลือก “บล็อก” ตามด้วยชื่อ ในเมนูเดียวกัน
• เราดูทุกเรื่องภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง ลบเนื้อหา และปิดบัญชีคนที่โพสต์ คนที่ถูกรายงานจะไม่รู้ว่าใครรายงาน

บิลและการซื้อ

• ให้ AI อ่านใบเสร็จ 1 ใบ ใช้ 1 บิล อ่านไม่สำเร็จไม่นับบิล
• บิลฟรี: บัญชีใหม่ได้ 4 บิล และได้เพิ่มทุกวันศุกร์ (เวลาไทย) ครั้งละ 1 บิล ไม่เกิน 4 บิล บิลฟรีใช้ก่อนบิลที่ซื้อ ดูจำนวนที่เหลือได้ใน ตั้งค่า
• ซื้อบิล: ที่หน้า ซื้อบิล ซึ่งแอปเปิดให้เมื่อบิลหมด หรือเปิดเองจาก ตั้งค่า เลือกชุด 10, 25 หรือ 50 บิล จ่ายผ่าน App Store ราคาเป็นบาทตามที่ App Store แสดง
• บิลที่ซื้อไม่หมดอายุ และอยู่กับบัญชี เข้าสู่ระบบบัญชีเดิมในเครื่องใหม่ก็เห็นบิลเท่าเดิม
• เพื่อนที่ให้ AI อ่านใบเสร็จผ่านลิงก์แขกของงานที่คุณสร้าง ใช้บิลของคุณ
• ซื้อแล้วบิลยังไม่เข้า: ต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต ปิดแล้วเปิดแอปใหม่ แอปจะเติมให้เอง ถ้ายังไม่เข้า เขียนมาที่อีเมลพร้อมใบเสร็จจาก Apple
• ขอคืนเงิน: ทำผ่าน Apple ที่ reportaproblem.apple.com

Email the Drinkin Winkin team at support@drinkinwinkin.app. Tell us your nickname in the app and what happened. For a Bills purchase, attach the receipt from Apple.

Delete your account

• In the app go to Settings > Delete account. The app shows any money still open first, then tap Delete for good.
• Cannot open the app? Write to the address above from the email you signed up with and we will delete it for you.
• Bills you bought and have not used go with the account. What is deleted and what stays: see the privacy policy.

Report a person or a slip

• Open the Event and tap the report button (the warning triangle, top right). Choose “Report” followed by the person's name, or “Report this Event's name”. Say what happened and tap Send. On the Friends screen, swipe a friend's row to report them.
• If the problem is a slip, report the person who attached it, or write to the address above with the Event's name and who attached it.
• To avoid someone, choose “Block” followed by their name in the same menu.
• We look at every report within 24 hours, remove the content and close the account that posted it. The person reported is not told who sent it.

Bills and purchases

• Having the AI read one Receipt uses 1 Bill. A read that fails costs nothing.
• Free Bills: a new account starts with 4 and gets 1 more every Friday (Thailand time), up to 4. Free Bills are used before bought ones. See how many are left in Settings.
• Buying: on the Buy bills screen, which the app opens when you run out, or open it yourself from Settings. Pick a pack of 10, 25 or 50 Bills and pay through the App Store. The price in baht is the one the App Store shows.
• Bought Bills never expire and stay with your account. Sign in with the same account on a new phone and they are all there.
• When a friend has the AI read a Receipt through the Guest link of an Event you created, your Bills are used.
• Bought, but the Bills have not arrived? Check your connection and reopen the app, which adds them by itself. Still missing: write to us with the receipt from Apple.
• Refunds: ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
