เงื่อนไขการใช้งาน
เงื่อนไขนี้ใช้กับแอป Drinkin Winkin และหน้าลิงก์แขกของแอป เมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบหรือเปิดลิงก์แขก ถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

ผู้ให้บริการ
Drinkin Winkin ให้บริการโดย นิธิศ มายาคติ (Nithis Mayakati) บุคคลธรรมดาในประเทศไทย แอปเปิดให้ใช้ในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น ติดต่อได้ที่ support@drinkinwinkin.app
แอปนี้ทำอะไร
- แอปช่วยหารค่าใช้จ่ายกับเพื่อนตามรายการ และสร้าง QR พร้อมเพย์ให้คุณโอนผ่านแอปธนาคารของคุณเอง
- แอปไม่โอนเงิน ไม่ถือเงินของใคร และไม่ได้ตรวจกับธนาคารว่าเงินเข้าแล้ว คนรับเงินเป็นคนกดยืนยันเอง
- ยอดที่แอปคิดเป็นตัวช่วย ตรวจยอดก่อนโอนทุกครั้ง AI อ่านใบเสร็จอาจอ่านผิด ตรวจรายการก่อนใช้
- เรื่องเงินระหว่างเพื่อนเป็นเรื่องของคนโอนกับคนรับ
บัญชีของคุณ
- เข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Apple หรือ Google ดูแลบัญชีของคุณเอง และอย่าให้คนอื่นใช้
- ลบบัญชีได้เองในแอปที่ ตั้งค่า > ลบบัญชี
- แอปนี้ไม่ได้ทำมาสำหรับเด็ก
- ส่งลิงก์แขกให้เฉพาะคนในงานนั้น ใครถือลิงก์ก็เปิดดูงานได้
กติกาในแอป
ห้ามตั้งชื่อหรือพิมพ์ข้อความที่หยาบคาย เหยียด คุกคาม หรือผิดกฎหมาย ห้ามกลั่นแกล้งคนอื่น และห้ามส่งรูปที่คุณไม่มีสิทธิ์ส่ง สลิปที่แนบต้องเป็นสลิปโอนเงินจริง เราไม่ยอมให้มีเนื้อหาแบบนี้เลย
ในแอป คุณรายงานงานหรือคนในงานได้ที่ปุ่มรายงานในหน้างาน และบล็อกคนที่ไม่อยากเจอได้ เมื่อมีคนรายงาน เราจะดูภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง ลบเนื้อหานั้น และปิดบัญชีคนที่โพสต์
บิลและการซื้อ
- ดาวน์โหลดและใช้แอปได้ฟรี การให้ AI อ่านใบเสร็จ 1 ใบ ใช้ 1 บิล อ่านไม่สำเร็จไม่นับบิล
- บัญชีใหม่มีบิลฟรี 4 บิล และได้เพิ่มทุกวันศุกร์ (เวลาไทย) ครั้งละ 1 บิล ไม่เกิน 4 บิล บิลฟรีใช้ก่อนบิลที่ซื้อ
- ซื้อบิลเพิ่มได้ในแอปเป็นชุด 10, 25 หรือ 50 บิล ผ่าน App Store ราคาที่ App Store แสดงก่อนซื้อคือราคาที่คุณจ่าย แต่ละชุดซื้อได้หลายครั้ง
- บิลที่ซื้อไม่หมดอายุ และอยู่กับบัญชีที่ซื้อ โอนให้คนอื่นไม่ได้ ถ้าคุณลบบัญชี บิลที่เหลือจะหายไปด้วย และเรากู้คืนให้ไม่ได้
- เมื่อเพื่อนให้ AI อ่านใบเสร็จผ่านลิงก์แขกของงานที่คุณสร้าง บิลของคุณจะถูกใช้
- การชำระเงิน และการขอคืนเงิน เป็นของ Apple ตามเงื่อนไขของ Apple ถ้า Apple คืนเงินชุดที่ซื้อ เราจะหักบิลที่ยังเหลือจากชุดนั้นคืน
ปิดบัญชีและการเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไข
- เราปิดบัญชีที่ฝ่าฝืนกติกาข้างบนได้
- ถ้าเราแก้เงื่อนไขนี้ เราจะเปลี่ยนวันที่ด้านบนทุกครั้ง
ความรับผิดชอบ
แอปให้ใช้ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ เราพยายามให้แอปใช้ได้ตลอด แต่รับปากไม่ได้ว่าจะไม่ขัดข้องหรือไม่ผิดพลาด เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหายที่เกิดจากยอดที่ไม่ได้ตรวจก่อนโอน AI ที่อ่านผิด หรือสิ่งที่คนอื่นในงานทำ
กฎหมายและ Apple
เงื่อนไขนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย การดาวน์โหลดแอปจาก App Store อยู่ภายใต้ข้อตกลงมาตรฐานสำหรับแอปของ Apple (Licensed Application End User License Agreement) ด้วย Apple ไม่ใช่คู่สัญญาในเงื่อนไขนี้ และไม่รับผิดชอบต่อแอปหรือการช่วยเหลือผู้ใช้

These terms apply to the Drinkin Winkin app and its Guest link page. By signing in or opening a Guest link you accept them and the privacy policy.

Who runs it
Drinkin Winkin is run by Nithis Mayakati, an individual in Thailand. The app is offered in Thailand only. Contact: support@drinkinwinkin.app
What the app does
- The app helps you split expenses with friends item by item and makes PromptPay QR codes that you pay from your own banking app.
- The app never moves money, holds anyone's money, or checks with a bank that a payment arrived. The person receiving confirms it themselves.
- The app's sums are a help, so check an amount before you transfer it. The AI can misread a Receipt, so check the Items before you use them.
- Money between friends is between the person paying and the person receiving.
Your account
- You sign in with Apple or Google. Look after your account and do not let anyone else use it.
- You can delete your account yourself in the app: Settings > Delete account.
- This app is not made for children.
- Send a Guest link only to the people in that Event. Anyone holding it can open the Event.
Rules in the app
Do not post names or text that are offensive, hateful, harassing or illegal, do not abuse other people, and do not send photos you have no right to send. A slip you attach must be a real payment slip. We have no tolerance for this kind of content.
In the app you can report an Event or anyone in it with the report button on the Event's screen, and block people you do not want to meet. When something is reported we look within 24 hours, remove it and close the account that posted it.
Bills and purchases
- The app is free to download and use. Having the AI read one Receipt uses 1 Bill. A read that fails costs nothing.
- A new account starts with 4 free Bills and gets 1 more every Friday (Thailand time), up to 4. Free Bills are used before bought ones.
- You can buy more in the app in packs of 10, 25 or 50 Bills through the App Store. The price the App Store shows before you buy is the price you pay. You can buy a pack as many times as you like.
- Bought Bills never expire and stay with the account that bought them. They cannot be passed to someone else. If you delete your account, the Bills you have left go with it and we cannot restore them.
- When a friend has the AI read a Receipt through the Guest link of an Event you created, your Bills are used.
- Payment and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. If Apple refunds a pack, we take back the Bills that are left from it.
Closing accounts, and changes
- We can close an account that breaks the rules above.
- If we change these terms, the date at the top changes too.
Our responsibility
The app is provided as it is. We try to keep it working but cannot promise it will never be down or never make a mistake. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by an amount you did not check before transferring, an AI misreading, or what other people in an Event do.
Law, and Apple
These terms follow Thai law. Downloading the app from the App Store is also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or for supporting its users.
